Who's Cooking

Our head chef , has over 20 years in top restaurants and was cheif caterer for the BBC on sets such as Dr Who and Torchwood. Jonathan also has experience heading other popular Vale of Glamorgan eateries and has even had several of his recipes published in cookbooks.
